    Winstone Wallboards Factory

    Tauriko

    We partnered with Canadian plant and equipment specialists, Gypsum Technologies, on the construction of the Bay of Plenty Winstone Wallboards factory. We were the lead installers for the mechanical process plant - a role that included fabrication, installation, construction and commissioning.

    We were engaged to install three new intake gates, and a new hydraulic operating system, as part of a major, multi-year Hydro Rehabilitation Project for Mercury Energy at their Karapiro facility.

    Ballance Plant Maintenance

    Mount Maunganui & Kapuni

    We have completed scheduled turnaround shutdowns at the Kapuni site in Taranaki and we perform regular maintenance work at Ballance’s two Mt. Maunganui sites. Both Bay of Plenty sites are highly hazardous with the presence of dangerous chemicals. Even with emergent work, turnaround shutdowns have always been delivered in the specified timeframe and with excellent results.

    We provide coatings, passive fire protection and corrosion control for new construction and essential infrastructure, as well as remedial and ongoing maintenance work. Our coating expertise includes:
